A Thousand Oaks youth was sentenced to life in prison for the fatal stabbing of a convicted drug dealer. State corrections officials said Charles Kenneth Craig, 15, described by his probation officer as “completely amoral,” probably will remain in a California Youth Authority facility until he is 25, and then will go free. The youth testified that he stabbed Jeffrey Anderson, 21, in an argument over a drug deal last Feb. 4. He was sentenced by Ventura Juvenile Court Judge Lawrence Storch, who tried the case without a jury.
