Sentence Imposed in Death of IRS Agent Collecting Bill

A man was sentenced to 6 to 20 years in prison for gunning down an IRS agent who came to his house to collect a $332 tax bill.

James Bradley, 65, of Cheektowaga, who was convicted of killing Michael Dillon, 61, of Batavia in 1983, was sentenced Friday by state Supreme Court Justice Vincent Doyle.
