Parkwood Townhomes, a 133-unit project being developed by Cal-Fed Partners of Los Angeles, opens today in Van Nuys.
Priced from $94,500 to $122,950, the units are available with two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and 1,165 to 1,500 square feet of space.
Among the features are vaulted ceilings, patios, balconies, sunken living rooms and wood-burning fireplaces. Common amenities include a swimming pool, recreation room, saunas, gymnasium and spas. The monthly homeowners fee is $117.
The sales office, staffed by King Realty of Sherman Oaks, is open daily, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 15050 Sherman Way. Occupancy is scheduled at close of escrow.
