Prague Temperatures Lowest in 200 Years

PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia —
Mid-June temperatures in the capital dipped to their lowest point in 200 years, the Svobodne Slovo newspaper reported last week.
The daily said the mercury in Prague showed only 45 degrees Wednesday morning. It did not give the lowest previous temperature for that date.
