The Food and Drug Administration has warned California consumers that Lehmann Farms and Aslesens brands of pickled mushrooms contain undisclosed sulfite preservatives that could cause allergic reactions in some individuals. The agency said the products are Lehmann Farms Pickled Mushrooms, Marinated Mushrooms, Smoked Mushrooms, Curry Mushrooms and Horseradish Mushrooms and Aslesens Banquet Table Pickled Mushrooms. The mushrooms were distributed in California and five Midwestern states, the FDA said.
