CINCINNATI —
Alton Coleman, already sentenced to die in the state’s electric chair for the slaying of a Cincinnati-area woman, was given a second death sentence Monday for murdering a teen-ager.
The execution of Coleman, accused of directing a Midwest spree of killings, beatings and robberies last summer, was set for Nov. 18 in the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility at Lucasville. The conviction and sentence are subject to automatic appeals under Ohio’s capital punishment law.
