West Covina
Rep. Esteban E. Torres (D-La Puente) will close his office in Norwalk on Sunday and move the staff temporarily to his office at 1400 West Covina Parkway, West Covina. But Torres said he is planning to close his West Covina office, too, and on Sept. 16 will consolidate district operations in a new building at 8819 Whittier Blvd., Pico Rivera. Torres said he believes he can serve constituents best by merging the two offices in a centrally located area.
