Completion is expected in mid-July at Lake Forest Executive Center, a $5-million, three-story, 50,000-square-foot office complex at 23101 Lake Center Drive adjacent to the San Diego Freeway in Lake Forest.
Each 17,000-square-foot floor may be leased entire or in suites as small as 1,200 square feet. The building features a two-story atrium lobby and private balconies. The leasing agent is Frost Trinen Partners of Costa Mesa.
Dobbs Square Rising
Phase 1 of Dobbs Square, a five-story, 120,000-square-foot office building, is under construction at Los Altos and Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Hills. Completed, the $40-million complex will have two such buildings, two 10,000-square-foot, two story buildings, a parking structure and a restaurant. The developer is Cappy Dobbs Development Co. and the leasing agent is Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc.
Company Takes Space
Shearson Lehman Brothers/American Express has occupied 3,000 square feet of the Congressional Plaza office complex, 6700 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach. The complex was developed by Sickels O'Brien, San Diego, and the leasing agent is Matlow-Kennedy Corp., Torrance.
The last building under construction is nearing completion in the 30-acre Rancho Heights Corporate Park, Rancho Bernardo. It is a $6-million, two-story, 73,700-square-foot structure designed for corporate headquarters, office, research-and-development or light manufacturing. Owners/developers are LPI Corp. and Cal Fed Enterprises while Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, San Diego, is the leasing agent.
