NBC’s coverage of the women’s finals of the French Open was a disgrace to the fans, players and the sport. Bud Collins and Dick Enberg introduced it as a major match between fine champions and fierce rivals. NBC proceeded to show one-third of the finals! Is there any way to force NBC to relinquish complete tournament coverage to the cable networks which do a better job?
