Dock Ellis’ Statement Was Not Fit to Print

How ironic that the same day Steve Howe once again goes AWOL, The Times runs an article on that reformed, but unapologetic doper, Dock Ellis. I’m really getting tired of the glamorization and cheap sympathy ploys for athletes who self-destruct. Dock Ellis was a jerk 10 years ago and he’s still a jerk.
