Office Center in Glendale Is Completed

Construction has been completed on the $17-million Glendale Corporate Center, a seven-story, 118,589-square-foot building at 425 E. Colorado St., Glendale.

The project is a development of Glendale Corporate Center Partners, a limited partnership with Les Jensen of Jensen Builders Inc. as managing general partner.

Designed by Barasch Architects & Associates Inc. of Pasadena, the structure features a ground-floor commercial level, three levels of garage space and four floors of offices, averaging 23,000 square feet each. Coldwell Banker is handling leasing.
