Security Pacific Corp., Los Angeles, said Clyde G. Glass has been named senior vice president of the banking offices services area of Security Pacific Automation Co.

Security Pacific Corp., parent of Security Pacific National Bank, also announced that James L. Holland was named senior vice president of the financial institutions department of the bank’s corporate banking group.

Named as corporate executive vice presidents were John W. Hancock, executive vice president of the bank’s commercial real estate and mortgage banking group, and Sidney Ipaktchian, executive vice president of the consumer services group.

Robert F. Timpson was elected president and chief executive of Donald R. Warren Co., a Los Angeles-based engineering firm.

Ronald F. Beck has been named senior vice president-corporate finance at the Los Angeles securities firm Morgan, Olmstead, Kennedy & Gardner Inc.

Torrance-based Excellon Automation appointed James Francis Henshall vice president-engineering.

Walt Disney Productions, Burbank, named Jane Rosenthal vice president-production of the motion picture and television division.

San Francisco-based Di Giorgio Corp. elected as a director Charles C. Reed, president of Ahmanson Marketing Inc., a unit of Los Angeles-based H. F. Ahmanson & Co.

NATION

National Labor Relations Board member Robert P. Hunter will join the New York law firm Proskauer, Rose, Goetz & Mendelsohn as a partner in its Washington office when his term expires next month.

Hunter, 44, an NLRB member since 1981, was President Reagan’s first appointee to the board. Hunter’s is the only vacancy on the five-member board.
