Prophetic
Being well aware that those bold blue and white billboards appearing around Southern California proclaiming, “Fritz said it would be like this,” refers to a popular TV weatherman on NBC, I nonetheless see the message as a prediction of events that have been realized.
In President Reagan’s stubborn refusal to raise taxes and the resulting federal deficit that endangers our economy, I am reminded that, unfortunately, Fritz did say it would be like this.
