Home Study Course Approved by DRE

A new home-study course for real estate professionals, based on the book “How to Minimize Litigation: Seller and Agent Protection,” has been approved by the state Department of Real Estate for 21 hours of continuing education credit.

The course is produced by License Programs Inc. of Irvine and costs $79.95, including the book, quizzes, the final examination and certificate of completion. It is being marketed by Transpac Marketing Consultants, 2654 Larkin St., San Francisco 94109.
