10 Houses on Country Club Open Today
El Niguel Greens, a Manning Co. community of 10 single-family homes that the developer says will be the last on the fairways of El Niguel Country Club, will open for sales today.
The two-story homes are offered in two floor plans with five exterior stylings. They have 2,530 to 3,057 square feet of space with three or four bedrooms, living rooms with cathedral ceilings, family rooms, breakfast nooks, circular staircases, three fireplaces, wet bars and tile or parquet entries. One plan has a bonus room and the other a den.
Prices range from $339,000 to $385,000 and occupancy is scheduled Sept. 1. The sales office, staffed by Professional Brokers Inc., and two partly furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk at 24281 Cascades Drive, Laguna Niguel.
