Koll to Build Second Phase of Vintage Park

Koll Construction Co. will construct the $9-million Phase 2 of Vintage Park in Foster City, near Redwood City on the San Francisco Peninsula, according to a letter of intent signed with Vintage Properties.
The 300,000-square-foot project includes nine one-and two story buildings for office, research-and-development and multitenant uses. Design will get under way soon with construction to start on all nine buildings in the fall.
