China Olympians Will Scrimmage With NBA

NEW YORK — China’s Olympic basketball team will train and scrimmage with several clubs from the National Basketball Assn., Commissioner David J. Stern said Wednesday.
The Chinese Olympians plan to attend the annual Hall of Fame exhibition game Oct. 21 at Springfield, Mass., and the New York Knicks’ season opener at Madison Square Garden Oct. 26. Other dates have yet to be set, the NBA said.
