278 Homes Under Way in Rancho Bernardo
Construction has begun on a $40-million, 278-unit condominium and detached patio-house project called Las Floras on 70 hilltop acres in Rancho Bernardo, according to UDC Development Co.
The first phase consists of 20 one-story patio homes ranging from 1,535 to 1,960 square feet and 19 one- and two-story condominiums from 1,177 to 1,740 square feet. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, at 12636 Calle Charmona for the patio homes and at 15645 Caldas de Reyes for the condominiums.
