Whitehawk Ranch Opens Four Models

Whitehawk Ranch, a development of the Whitehawk Partnership at 13449 Polk St. in Sylmar, hosts a grand opening with four decorated models this weekend.

With a total of 100 homes, the community has a waiting list. The models were decorated by Carole Eichen Interiors.

The project offers from 1,140 to 2,330 square feet of living space with one- and two-story plans and three, four and an optional five bedrooms. Prices range from $116,990 to $175,990.

Amenities include step-down living room, breakfast room or nooks, arched doorways, recessed entries with tile or hardwood floors, dining rooms and wood-burning fireplaces with oak mantels. Some master suites feature window seats, sitting rooms or large dressing areas, and most homes offer a family room as well.

Kitchens have pantries, luminous ceilings and a full array of appliances. The models are open daily, except Thursdays and Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
