Investor Purchases Motel in Oceanside

Andrew Lai, an Oceanside real estate investor, has purchased a 61-unit motel at 901 Hill St. in Oceanside for $1.2 million, with plans to refurbish the lodging facility. The property was purchased from Warner C. Lusardi of San Marcos and the negotiations were handled by the Rancho Bernardo office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
