Required Reading for Law Class

Just a note to let you know that Sam Hall Kaplan’s column in Sunday’s Times (July 14) will be required reading for students in my Eminent Domain course from now on.

I guess the added bonus is this demonstration that one can, after all, find something in the pages of The Times that is critical, however inferentially, of the exercise of the power of eminent domain. I guess all comes to him who waits.

Thank you for providing this insight into the realities of the process, which would otherwise not be available to students of the subject.
