Malibu Land Use Plan
I applaud Hart’s sensitive and insightful article on the problems facing Malibu.
As a resident of Big Rock, I am encouraged by Hart’s recognition of the dangers facing Malibu if development is not carefully planned and controlled.
The death march for Malibu, approved and encourage by the Board of Supervisors, marches on. Only with the Coastal Commission and people like Hart, does Malibu stand a chance for survival as a place of natural beauty and harmony.
