Former Philippine Congressman Raul Daza, an opponent of the regime of President Ferdinand E. Marcos, will return home next week after 12 years in the United States, politicial associates said Thursday.

Agapito Aquino, whose brother, opposition leader Benigno S. Aquino Jr., was slain two years ago on his return from the United States, said he and other opposition figures will accompany Daza home from Hong Kong on Monday. Daza fled to the United States shortly after martial law was declared here in 1972.
