El Toro Bank Robbed
A Bank of America branch in El Toro was robbed Thursday of an undetermined amount of cash. Orange County sheriff’s officials said a man in his late 20s or early 30s entered the bank in the 23800 block of El Toro Road shortly after 11:30 a.m., approached a teller, acted as if he had a gun and demanded money. The robber, described as about 5 feet 9 and 150 pounds, escaped on foot.
