Almost everyone experiences “flu-like” aches and pains from time to time. But if pain, stiffness and fatigue become constant, it could mean that you have fibrositis, according to the Arthritis Foundation.

The main symptoms of this arthritis related disease are aching and stiffness around the muscles, tendons and ligaments. Fibrositis is self-limited, which means that sooner or later the symptoms can go away by themselves. However, it is impossible to predict whether the symptoms will last for weeks, months or even years.
