6.7 Tons of Hashish Found

HAMBURG, West Germany —
Police said Thursday that they found 6.7 tons of hashish hidden in oil drums aboard a Lebanese ship, the biggest such haul in West German history. A police spokesman said the drugs were found in 52 oil drums hidden beneath scrap metal aboard the ship when it was searched in Hamburg harbor 10 days ago.
