The Organon Teknika pharmaceutical subsidiary of the Dutch company Akzo N.V. and MetPath, a Corning Laboratory Sciences subsidiary in Teterboro, N.J., have purchased in separate transactions about 75% of the business of Litton Bionetics, a subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Litton. Terms of the two transactions were not disclosed.
