Nazi to Remain Jailed

FRANKFURT, West Germany —
An 88-year-old Nazi war criminal sent to prison in 1966 for complicity in the murder of inmates at Auschwitz was ordered Friday to spend the rest of his life in jail. The Frankfurt regional high court overturned the ruling of a lower court that former SS Sgt. Josef Erber be released from prison on probation because of his age.
