UCLA Building Town Houses for Faculty Members
- Share via
UCLA has begun construction on The Glen, a 58-unit town-house development on Beverly Glen Boulevard, south of Mulholland Drive. The units will be sold to qualified UCLA faculty members and must be owner occupied.
Scheduled for completion next year, the development at Nicada Drive and Beverly Glen Boulevard features two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,450 to 2,100 square feet, priced from about $157,000 to $249,000. The development marks the first time UCLA has built houses to address faculty housing needs--particularly acute due to the lack of affordable housing around the university.
