Park Broadway Condominiums, 1739 E. Broadway, Long Beach, has sold 50% of its 24 units less than three weeks after the project opened, according to Russ Van Cleve, partner in the project’s development firm, Western Development Co. Prices in project three blocks from beach range from $77,900 to $132,900.

McMillin Development has recorded its 100th sale in the 114-unit Devon Hills single-family development near Miramar Lake at Scripps Ranch North, San Diego. The remaining houses are priced from $135,900 to $179,900.

Twenty-two of the 33 houses in the first phase of NorthPoint, a Placentia single-family golf-course-oriented development by Covington Homes, have been sold during the five weeks the project has been open. The houses are priced from $131,990 to $164,990.

In its first nine months on the market, Creekwood at RiverRun in San Diego’s Mission Valley district has had 119 sales. Condominiums in the master-planned community range in price from $65,490 to $87,990 in the Douglas Allred Co. development near the San Diego River.
