Apartment Complex Sold

Positive Investments of Arcadia has purchased the 46-unit, 36,400-square-foot Park Plaza Apartments at 826 S. 4th St. Alhambra, for $2.06 million from Elleen Lewis of San Clemente, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
