Mexican authorities have retrieved from Rodriguez Dam reservoir the last of the bodies missing after a raft capsized.

The body of Eva Curiel Gonzalez, 12, was pulled from the water Friday morning, ending the search for the eight drowning victims. Eight children, ranging in age from 9 months to 12 years, were killed when a rubber pontoon-like raft with about 40 people aboard capsized Sept. 22.

The raft’s owner, Pedro Lopez Hernandez, and German Robles, 19, who was piloting the raft when it capsized, have been arrested by Tijuana police and charged with negligence.
