A South Korean court sentenced 28 students on national security charges for taking over a U.S. Information Service library last May. The students, bound and handcuffed and chanting “Down with dictatorship, down with (President) Chun Doo Hwan,” received penalties ranging from a suspended two-year term to seven years in prison.
