High-Tech Buildings Rising in Mission Viejo

Construction is under way on HighPark Center, a $6.5-million project at 23436 and 23456 Madero St., Mission Viejo.

Irvine-based Saffell & McAdam Inc. is building the 72,035-square-foot center, which is the first project in the $200-million HighPark business complex. The center is a development of HighPark Associates of Newport Beach in joint venture with Emkay Development Co. and Chevron Land & Development Co.
