Apartment Complex Sold

Coast Mortgage & Realty Investors has sold the 61-unit Mission de la Paz apartments on 2.8 acres at 508 E. Mission Ave., Escondido, to Metro-Dyne Financial Corp., taking back a $2.55-million trust deed. The sale was arranged by John Burnham & Co.
