Funeral Draws Thousands

FRANKFURT, West Germany — Thousands of people, some raising clenched fists in salute, attended the funeral here Wednesday of Guenter Sare, an anti-fascist protester whose death set off 12 days of violence, arson and bombings in 16 West German cities.
