Shadowridge Sunrise, a new development of town houses built by the Daon Corp. in the master-planned community of Shadowridge in San Diego County, opens today.

The attached, single-family homes feature private courtyards and fully landscaped front yards. Monthly fees are $85.27.

Ranging in size from two bedrooms, two baths to three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, the homes contain from 1,496 to 1,850 square feet and are priced from $120,200 to $169,900.

Home sites are located along a private road. Amenities include gourmet kitchens, fireplaces, walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings.

The sales office and fully decorated models, located one-half mile east of Sycamore on Shadowridge Drive, are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
