‘Style Setter’ Series Makes Upland Debut

The Style Setter Series, comprising 27 single-family homes, will be opened today in Upland by Lewis Homes with immediate move-ins available. Fifteen sales had been made by mid-week.

Homes, in three floor plans and seven exteriors, contain three bedrooms and den or four bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths in 2,250 to 2,760 square feet. Most have three-car garages and the two-car garages have storage or workshop space. Prices range from $188,000 to $218,000.

Kitchens have luminous ceilings, built-in snack bars or eating counters, pantries and microwave ovens. Some homes have sunken living rooms, breakfast nooks with bay windows, wet bars or game rooms.

Three models, two completely furnished, are open daily except Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Thursdays from noon to 7 p.m. at 2313 2nd Avenue, off 23rd Street two blocks west of Euclid Avenue.
