Dump Site Approved

The California Waste Management Board has announced approval of a new waste disposal site in hopes of easing the problem of dwindling landfill areas in western Riverside County.
The board approved the issuance of a permit to operate the El Sobrante landfill, seven miles southeast of Corona. The new landfill will replace the Corona landfill, which has reached capacity.
