The Kwikset division of Emhart Corp. in Anaheim, makers of locksets and security deadlocks, has expanded its sales and marketing efforts with appointments to two newly created positions. William F. Miller, hired last June from Estey-Hoover Advertising, was named marketing manager. He will supervise new product introductions, an expanded public relations program and packaging requirements and will help form the company’s national and regional sales promotion programs. Patrick Miller, a Kwikset sales representative for nearly seven years, is the new southeast regional sales manager. The former eastern region was split in half and Leo Gallagher, who headed that region, now heads the northeastern half.
