Trial of Ghana Agent on Spy Charge Delayed

WASHINGTON — The espionage trial of a Ghana intelligence agent who is accused of obtaining classified information from a woman CIA clerk on duty in the African nation has been postponed until Nov. 12, officials said Monday.
The trial of Michael Agboutui Soussoudis, 39, was originally scheduled for today at the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Va., but the defense had argued for the delay on grounds that it needed more time to study classified material.
