Storm Heads Out to Sea

CHARLESTON, S.C. —
A tropical depression formed from the remnants of tropical storm Isabel chugged out to sea Monday, the National Weather Service said. The depression, with winds of 35 m.p.h., was moving northeast at 5 m.p.h.
