An Iranian businessman whose first trial ended in a hung jury has pleaded guilty to conspiring to ship millions of dollars worth of U.S. military equipment to Iran. As part of a plea bargain, Kazem Zamani, 41, of Gaithersburg, Md., agreed to tell authorities anything he may know about the covert shipment of military equipment to other countries and to testify before grand juries if necessary. No sentencing date was set.
