S. Vietnamese Officials Reportedly Killed

BANGKOK, Thailand —
The Khmer Rouge Army radio reported Friday that disgruntled Vietnamese soldiers set off two bombs in a government office in southern Vietnam, killing three officials.
The radio quoted “reports from South Vietnam” saying that “at the end of August, two bombs exploded in an office building occupied by the Hanoi authorities in Gang Long district, Cuu Long province in South Vietnam.”
