Pacific Scene Opens 20 Homes Today in Carlsbad Community

The Trails at Calavera Hills, a Pacific Scene development of 258 single-family homes attached in pairs, opens today in Carlsbad with 20 units priced from $105,990 to $128,990.

Scheduled for occupancy in February, Phase 1 homes are available with VA, FHA and conventional financing.

They are offered in four two-story floor plans, including three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 1,308 to 1,962 square feet of space.

Among the features are red tile roofs, formal dining areas, vaulted ceilings in master bedrooms and wood-burning fireplaces. The monthly homeowners fee at project completion is $24.

The sales office and furnished models are open daily at 2964 Greenwich St. on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
