Handicapped Housing Story Wins Praise

I really enjoyed reading Ruth Ryon’s article, “State Law for Disabled Housing Takes Effect” (Sept. 15). During one of our conversations, she mentioned how confusing she found the application of the new handicapped standards; however, her article proved to be the most accurate overview of the new regulations I have seen in a newspaper to date.
