Reopening festivities are planned at 22-year-old Century City Shopping Center, starting Friday and continuing through Nov. 3, to commemorate its renovation and the addition of 20 new stores.
San Francisco-based Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Fund owns the property and began a face-lifting project last January, designed by Field/Gruzen Associates of San Fransciso. The large area formerly occupied by Joseph Magnin will contain 10 fashion-oriented stores, including a Brooks Bros. store, which will open in March.
