Miller Jury to Rehear Testimony

Jurors deliberating for a fifth day in the spy trial of Richard W. Miller, the only FBI agent ever charged with espionage, returned to the courtroom today as the judge agreed to have massive amounts of testimony repeated for them.
U.S. District Judge David Kenyon told the six men and sex women that it could take from one to three days to read back the voluminous testimony from three key witnesses as they requested. Some jurors nodded; one man put his hand over his face in apparent dismay.
