Argentine Home Bombed

BUENOS AIRES —
A bomb exploded Thursday, damaging the home of Interior Minister Antonio Troccoli but causing no injuries, police said. It was the latest in a series of attacks believed aimed at disrupting Argentina’s congressional elections slated for Nov. 3.
