Despite It All, Niedenfuer Set Outstanding Example

When my 8-month-old son grows up and one day faces the despair of momentary failure (as we all do), I’ll tell him of Tom Niedenfuer who, just after his world seemed to collapse, managed to say: “Hey, I am a lucky guy to have been in the position, out there participating.”
